Rock Sound nominated at Music Week Awards for work with Serenade and Sum 41

We’re delighted to announce that Rock Sound magazine has been nominated in this year’s Music Week Awards, for its partnership with Serenade and Rise Records in collaboration with Sum 41.

Our nomination comes in the Music Consumer Innovation category, which celebrates projects that have changed the way that consumers experience music.

Working with Serenade (home of the Smart Format) and Rise Records, we produced a limited edition chart eligible magazine / album format that unlocked exclusive bonus content. This was a world-first that celebrated the last ever Sum 41 album.

The Music Week Awards remains the only ceremony in the British music business that recognises work conducted across a broad spectrum of the music industry – the place where the achievements of everyone from record labels and music publishers to live, radio, marketing, PR and more are celebrated in front of the whole industry. Each year, the prestigious awards are peer-voted and judged by an independent panel of specialist judges.

The winners will be announced on May 8th at a glamorous awards ceremony at The Grosvenor House Hotel, London. The full shortlist can be found here: musicweekawards.com/25/finalists25

Congratulations to all nominees!
